MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION FEES, PURCHASE TERMS AND CANCELLATION

Membership Policy:

Lifetime Membership

If your lifetime subscription account has no activity for a period of 12 months we will consider that account dormant and will remove online access to the data. We will then keep the data for an additional 1-year, at which point we will delete your data. Activity is defined as a login to the service. You may cancel your lifetime subscription; however cancellation of a lifetime subscription will not result in a refund.

Ongoing Membership

membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each billing period in order to avoid billing of the next membership fee to your Payment Method. We will bill the membership fee at the then-current rate plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration

Cancellations: 

If you wish to cancel or switch between packages of your subscription, please contact admin , Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST. 310.533.3402 or email us at  of your decision to opt out of Continuous Membership.
 

Cancellation will be accepted within specified days of registration and money will be refunded to you as per company policy and package you select.
